Altadena Sheriff's Station weekly Crime Blotter for June 23rd

Wednesday, June 23rd Between 2:00 PM and 3:15 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2100 block of Woodbury Road. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: leather wallet, credit cards, and currency. Between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM (Wednesday) – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 1400 block of N. Pepper Drive. Damage: rear view mirror and steering wheel. 10:00 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 300 block of W. Acacia Street. Suspect entered the residence via an open window. Suspect was taken into custody. No items reported stolen. Thursday, June 24th Between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM – A grand theft occurred in the 2100 block of El Nido Drive. Stolen: gray Sun Baja tricycle. Friday, June 25th 6:00 PM – A residential vandalism occurred in the 2800 block of El Nido Drive. Suspects were taken into custody. Saturday, June 26th 9:55 AM – A shoplifting incident occurred in the 1800 block of Lake Avenue. Stolen: (4) Brisk beverages. Between 6:00 PM and 12:00 PM (Sunday) – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 100 block of E. Harriet Street. Damage: punctured tires.

Altadena Shjeriff's Station weekly Crime Blotter for June 4th

Monday, June 14th Between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 4000 block of Chaney Trial. Vehicle damage: damage to key hole. 8:26 AM – A vehicle was reported stolen from the area of Marengo Avenue and Sacramento Street. Vehicle described as a gray 2021 Nissan Sentra. Vehicle was recovered by LAPD Hollywood Division. Wednesday, June 16th 9:26 AM – Ericka Manzo, 30 years old from Compton was arrested in the 100 block of E. Alta Loma Drive for under the influence of a controlled substance. 12:30 PM – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 23oo block of N. Lincoln Avenue. Vehicle described as white 2020 Chevrolet Silverado. Vehicle recovered by LASD Altadena. 1:45 PM – An aggravated assault occurred in the 2200 block of Glenrose Avenue. Suspect was taken into custody. Friday, June 18th 8:30 AM – A mail theft incident occurred in the 100 block of E. Palm Street. Stolen: various pieces of mail. 12:59 PM – A grand theft occurred in the 20 block of W. Loma Alta Drive. Stolen: red/black Honda lawnmower. 5:00 PM – A residential vandalism occurred in the 1800 block of Vistillas Road. Suspect was taken into custody.

Stolen: 2009 Toyota Prius catalytic converter. Monday, June 7th Between 8:00 AM and 8:40 AM – An attempt vehicle burglary occurred in the 1800 block of Midlothian. Suspect(s) attempted to pry open the rear camper shell. No entry made. Between 4:00 PM and 1:00 PM (Tuesday) – A grand theft from a vehicle occurred in the 2200 block of E. Washington Boulevard. Stolen: 2005 Honda Accord catalytic converter. Between 7:00 PM and 7:00 AM (Tuesday) – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 100 block of W. Mariposa Street. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by punching the door lock and ignition switch. Stolen: unknown items. 9:53 PM – A robbery occurred in the 2500 block of N. Lake Avenue. Investigation is on-going. Tuesday, June 8th Between 2:30 PM and 7:30 AM (Wednesday) – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 40 block of W. Las Flores Drive. Stolen: black Mickey Mouse ears, black hat and apron, gray coin purse and a red notebook. 9:00 PM – A domestic violence incident occurred in the 2800 block of Sterling Place. Suspect has been identified. Between 9:30 PM and 6:00 AM (Wednesday) – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 1700 block of Sinaloa Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: black leather briefcase. Wednesday, June 9th Between 7:15 AM and 9:00 AM – A grand theft from a vehicle occurred in the 2200 block of Roosevelt Avenue. Stolen: Echo chainsaw and TMZ hedge trimmer. Thursday, June 10th 7:42 PM – A battery occurred in the 700 block of W. Mountain View Street. Suspect was taken into custody. Friday, June 11th 10:00 PM – A residential vandalism occurred in the 3000 block of La Corona Avenue. Suspect was taken into custody.

4:48 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 800 block of New York Drive. Suspect(s) entered the residence via the rear sliding door. Stolen: PlayStation console, Nintendo Switch, laptop, iPads, gold diamond ring and currency.
Thursday, June 3rd
Between 11:50 AM and 1:17 PM – A grand theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 700 block of W. Woodbury Road. Stolen: money orders and currency.
6:45 PM – A robbery occurred in the 1800 block of N. Lake Avenue. Stolen: iPhone and currency.
Friday, June 4th
11:39 AM – A grand theft occurred in the 1300 block of N. Altadena Drive. Stolen: currency.
Between 5:00 PM and 7:30 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2100 block of Pinecrest Drive. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: black Asus laptop and a grey Specialized mountain bike.
Between 6:00 PM and 7:00 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2200 block of Country Club Drive. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: silver Macbook, Rainbow backpack, credit cards and currency.
Between 8:00 PM and 10:45 PM – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 1200 block of E. Loma Alta Drive.

Altadena Summer Concerts in the Amphitheater at Farnsworth Park

The Rotary Club of Altadena in association with the Sheriff’s Support Group of Altadena is hosting for the 10th year. Concerts are on Saturday evening and start at 7:00 PM.
๐Ÿ”ธJuly 10th - The Kings of ’88 and the classic piano rock of Billy Joel and Elton John.
๐Ÿ”ธJuly 17th - Sgt. Peppers Beatles tribute band.
๐Ÿ”ธJuly 24th - Psychedelic Summer Southern California’s Woodstock-era tribute band.
๐Ÿ”ธJuly 31st - Flogging Seagulll performs classic KROQ era artists with an Irish-Celtic twist.
๐Ÿ”ธAugust 7th - Country Nation will pay0 tribute to Country Music’s top contemporary artists.
๐Ÿ”ธAugust 14th - Upstream returns to our stage once again as everyone’s favorite Steel Drum Reggae and Soca Band. As it is every year this concert will be a jammed packed audience!
๐Ÿ”ธAugust 21st - the featured artists WILL y be The Hodads featuring California beach music from the 50’s to the Disco of the 80’s.
๐Ÿ”ธAugust 28th will be Gypsy, a true Stevie Nicks experience and tribute to Fleetwood Mac.
๐Ÿ”ธSeptember 11th The Grand Finale of the 24th Summer Concert Series will feature The Walking Phoenixes a Johnny Cash tribute band that celebrates the mission of the “Man in Black." This concert is produced by the Sheriff’s Support Group of Altadena.
This year, the Summer Concert Series has been made possible by the generous support of our sponsors including The Rotary Club of Altadena and Monte Cedro Senior Living. El Patron Mexican Food Restaurant will be cooking and selling food at the top of the Amphitheater and The Rotary Club of Altadena will be selling beer and wine.
