Suspect(s) entered the residence via unknown means. Loss: PS3 and computer equip. Monday, October 7th 6:19 PM – An attempt grand theft of a vehicle occurred in the 2200-blk of Oakwood St. Suspect described as a female, 506, 130, red hair, wearing a yellow dress. Suspect last seen walking away from the victim’s vehicle and entering a dark blue coupe, occupied with a male, Middle Eastern, black/gray hair, and a moustache. 10:42 PM – A discharge of a firearm occurred in the 100-blk of W. Altadena Dr. No injuries, no victims or suspects found. Tuesday, October 8th Between 8:00 PM and 7:00 AM (Wednesday) – A commercial burglary occurred at Ponci Burrito Express, 2291 N. Lincoln Av. Loss: currency. Wednesday, October 9th Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM (Friday) – A residential burglary occurred in the 3100-blk of N. Highview Av. Suspect(s) entered the residence by prying the rear window screen. Loss: none. Between 5:30 PM and 7:00 AM (Thursday) – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 100-blk of W. Woodbury Rd. Loss: GPS, cellphone. Thursday, October 9th Between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 2200-blk of Glenrose Av. Friday, October 11th Between 9:00 PM and 8:00 (Saturday) – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 1700-blk of N. Allen Av. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the passenger side window. Loss: cellphone charger. 9:43 PM – An assault with a deadly weapon occurred in the 2900-blk of N. Glenrose Av. Suspect described as a male, Black, 507-511, medium build, wearing dark clothing. Two victims sustained gunshot wounds to the leg. No further info at this time. Saturday, October 12th 4:55 PM – An assault occurred at Woodbury Rd. & Fair Oaks. The victim exited a convenience store and was confronted by a male, Black, 20 yrs, 508, 150, black hair, brown eyes. During an altercation, the suspect removed a small pocket knife and cut the victim in the elbow. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the front passenger window. Loss: black Paul Mitchell leather bag, black Sony digital camera, black/white “Nightmare before Christmas” wallet. 2:25 AM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2900-blk of Emerson Wy. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the driver’s side window. Possible suspect described as a male, White or Hispanic, wearing a dark colored sweatshirt. Loss: none. Between 7:00 AM and 7:30 AM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 100-blk of E. Woodbury Rd. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the driver’s side window. Loss: black iPhone 4S. Between 9:30 AM and 12:00 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 400-blk of W. Altadena Dr. Suspect(s) entered the residence by shattering the rear kitchen glass door. Loss: silver/gray Mac 17’, (3) checkbooks. 3:55 PM – A commercial burglary occurred at Rite Aid, 735 E. Altadena Dr. Suspects described as #1 female, Black, 21-25 yrs, 506, 200, black hair, brown eyes, red sweater, blue jeans, black shoes and #2 female, Black, 21-25yrs, 506, 150, blonde hair, brown eyes, orange shirt, pink pants w/flowers, gray shoes. Suspects last seen driving black Chevrolet sedan. Loss: cosmetics, toiletries. Wednesday, October 2nd Between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM – A package theft occurred in the 400-blk of E. Poppyfields St. Package was stolen from the front porch. Loss: computer mouse, 3D-input. Between 5:00 PM and 6:30 AM (Thursday) – A petty theft occurred in the 1000-blk of E. Morada Pl. Loss: $800.00. Thursday, October 3rd 7:00 AM - Computer equipment stolen from a Southern California school was traced to a residence in the 300 block of Calaveras Street in Altadena. Altadena Station detectives executed a search warrant at the residence and recovered some of the stolen computer equipment. Suspect Freddie Spears (male/43 years old) was arrested for possessing stolen property and was booked at Crescenta Valley Station with a $20,000 bail (Booking #3731-171). 4:40 PM – A petty theft occurred at Rite Aid, 735 E. Altadena Dr. Suspect Jeffery Ortiz, 28 yrs, of Altadena was arrested. 11:11 PM – A residential vandalism occurred in the 1800-blk of Layton St. Suspect(s) threw eggs at the residence causing damage to the air conditioner. Friday, October 4th Between 1:05 PM and 2:05 PM – A petty theft occurred in the 2100-blk of E. Washington Bl. Loss: $300.00. Between 4:10 PM and 4:50 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 2300-blk of Oliveros St. Suspect(s) entered the residence via the unsecured window. Marengo Av. ***Known suspect*** 4:28 PM – James Duarte, 36 yrs, of Pasadena was arrested for indecent exposure. Advisory: Altadena Detectives seek public assistance in identifying 7-11 Burglary suspect.   On Wednesday, September 4, 2013, at 1:45 pm, the pictured suspect entered the 7-11 store located at 1319 Altadena Dr., Altadena and stole a display case containing E-cigarettes. The suspect was last seen in the area of Woodlyn Road. The suspect is described as a male Hispanic or Middle Eastern, 20-25 years old, 5'-09" - 5'-11", 140-170 lbs., dark hair, dark eyes, wearing a red baseball cap with white lettering, black sleeveless shirt with a white eagle like emblem, beige striped shorts, black socks, and black shoes. The suspect was driving a burgundy older model Chevrolet Blazer (late '80's model). Anyone that may have information are asked to contact the Altadena Sheriff's Station at 626-798-1131.
