Altadena Sheriff's Department needs your help

 

On October 27, 2020, Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger, Fifth District, reinstated the $20,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person(s) responsible for the murder of 4-year-old Salvador “Chavita” Esparza from Altadena.
On July, 5, 2016, 4-year-old Salvador was shot and killed as he stood in the doorway of a residence located on the 300 block of Figueroa Drive in Altadena. Salvador was just an innocent victim who was caught in the crossfire of a gang-related incident.
Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Homicide Bureau Detectives are still seeking the public’s help with any information about this case and are asked to call Homicide Bureau at (323) 890-5500 or you can remain anonymous by calling “Crime Stoppers by dialing (800) 222-TIPS (8477).
