Wednesday, October 24, 2012:
A vehicle was vandalized in the 700 block of Harriett Street. The unknown
suspect shattered the window of the victim’s parked car.
Saturday, October 27, 2012:
An unknown suspect entered the victim’s locked vehicle and stole his
wallet. The vehicle was parked in the 2100 block of Lincoln Avenue.
An unknown suspect stole the victim’s wallet and iPhone from his locked
vehicle which was parked in the 1700 block of Altadena Drive.
An unknown suspect stole the victim’s purse from her locked vehicle which
was parked in the 2100 block of Summit Avenue.
Tuesday, October 30, 2012:
An unknown suspect attempted to burglarize a residence in the 2900 block
of Calanda Avenue. When a neighbor saw the suspect and confronted him, an
altercation ensued. The suspect fired one round from an unknown caliber
handgun at the neighbor. The suspect then fled on foot. Deputies were
then called. The responding deputies contained the area, but were unable
to locate the suspect. The suspect is described as a male/black suspect approximately
20 years old.
Wednesday, October 31, 2012:
A resident in the 900 block of Mariposa St. reported that unknown
suspects entered her house and stole a diamond ring. Entry was made by
forcing open a window.
A resident in the 2800 block of El Nido Drive reported that an unknown
suspect was yelling in her driveway and refused to leave. A few minutes
later the suspect ran. The resident then heard 5 – 6 gunshots being
fired. There were no reported injuries and no damage noted. Shell casings
were recovered from the area.
