Community: Altadena Sheriff Crime Blotter   Sunday, August 11 Between 8:45 AM and 12:15 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 2100-blk of Crescent Dr. Loss: black laptop. Monday, August 12th 2:30 PM – A residential burglary occurred in the 3100-blk of Ewing St. The victim who was home at the time was contacted by (2) MH’s, 506-508, 150-190, 30 yrs, wearing a hard hat and yellow shirt. The males identified themselves as Southern Californian Edison employees who were in the area inquiring about power outages. The victim walked to the rear of the residence to show the males the fuse box and observed another MH inside the residence. The victim yelled at the suspect and all (3) MH’s ran from the location and entered an older model white minivan. Loss: none. Thursday, August 15th 5:00 PM – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 3500-blk of Hollyslope Rd. ***Vehicle was stolen by a known suspect; vehicle was recovered by San Diego PD*** 11:30 PM – Noe Garza, 18 yrs, of Alhambra was arrested for receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools. Friday, August 16th Between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM – A grand theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 2900-blk of Zan Grey Ter. Loss: red Bianchi racing bicycle. 11:04 AM – A vehicle was reported stolen from the 200-blk of E. Sacramento St. Saturday, August 17th Between 2:30 AM and 8:00 AM – (3) Vehicle vandalisms occurred in the 200-blk of E. Sacramento St. 5:51 PM – Brandon Maese, 18 yrs, of Sierra Madre was arrested for possession of concentrated cannabis. Between 9:00 PM and 6:30 AM – A residential burglary occurred in the 200-blk of W. Mountain View St. Suspect(s) entered the attached garage via unknown means. Loss: green Kenmore lawnmower, red Kenmore lawnmower, black/orange Black & Decker weed whacker, black/red weed blower, blk 20” LCD tv.
