Sunday, April 5th


No significant activity to report





Monday, April 6th


8:00 AM – A petty theft occurred in the 1800 block of Layton
Street.  Loss: iPod Nano.





3:20 PM – Lois Marie Hall was arrested for trespassing onto private
property in the 3000 block of Lincoln Avenue. 





8:40 PM – April Anderson was arrested for battery (hands and feet) on
a neighbor in the 100 block of E. Woodbury Road.





Wednesday, April 8th


6:00 AM – A residential burglary occurred (entry, no force) in the
1800 block of N. Allen Avenue.  Loss:  storage bin, jewelry.





9:00 AM – A residential burglary occurred in the 400 block of W.
Marigold Street.  Suspects(s) entered via an unsecured window. 
Loss:  unknown.





11:15 AM – A residential burglary occurred in the 400 block of W.
Poppyfields Drive.  Suspect(s) entered the residence by cutting and
removing a screen on an unsecured window.  Loss:  iPad, iMac,
and glass jars containing coins.





7:00 PM – A vehicle vandalism occurred in the 100 block of W.
Poppyfields Drive.  The windshield of the vehicle was shattered with
unknown object.   





7:00 PM – A grand theft occurred at Sid’s Auto Shop, 2315 Fair Oaks
Avenue.  Loss:  (4) IROQ 20” chrome rims with low profile
tires.  Suspect(s) entered the property by cutting a hole in the
chain link fence that surrounds the business.  





Thursday, April 9th


10:55 AM – A residential burglary occurred in the 3100 block of Hermar
Court.  Deputies quickly responded to the area and observed (2)
suspects matching the description.  Suspect Marcus Simpson and
Crissean Simon were taken into custody.  The stolen items were
recovered and returned to the owner.  Search warrants were conducted
at the aforementioned suspect’s addresses later that evening where
additional stolen property was located.  Ongoing investigation.    






Friday, April 10th


9:00 PM – A petty theft from an unlocked vehicle occurred in the 2500
block of Holliston Avenue.  Loss:  identification cards, keys,
and sunglasses.





Saturday, April 11th


7:00 PM – A vehicle was vandalized in the 300 block of E. Woodbury
Road.  Suspect(s) scratched vehicle with unknown object.
