Monday, October 18th
9:55 AM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 2500 block of Marengo Avenue. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by cutting the lock. Stolen: orange Husqvarna chainsaw, orange/white Stihl 500I, orange/white Alpine stump grinder, black/orange Echo blower, Stihl edger and climbing gear.
9:16 PM – Kendei Ferguson, 45 years old of El Monte was arrested in the area of Woodbury Road and Navarro Avenue for public intoxication.
Tuesday, October 19th
Between 8:50 PM and 9:00 PM – A battery occurred in the 2900 block of El Nido Drive. Suspects have been identified.
Wednesday, October 20th
Between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 4000 block of Chaney Trail. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by punching the door lock. Stolen: black backpack.
Thursday, October 21st
Between 9:00 PM and 8:20 (Friday) – A vehicle burglary occurred in the 200 block of Acacia Street. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle via unknown means. Stolen: back cellphone; recovered in the immediate area.
Saturday, October 23rd
Between 2:00 AM and 2:30 AM – A grand theft from a vehicle occurred in the 300 block of Acacia Street. Stolen: 2002 Ford F350 catalytic converter.
12:35 PM – A vehicle burglary and grand theft occurred in the 1600 block of E. Loma Alta Drive. Suspect(s) entered the vehicle by shattering the window. Stolen: (2) white/orange Stihl chainsaws and a red Shindaiwa leaf blower.
