Saturday June 10, 2017, 5:39 PM LASD - Los Angeles County Sheriffs Dept Information Bureau (SIB) Advisory: #LASD Homicide Investigators Conclude Search in Santa Barbara County Regarding 5-Year-Old Aramazd Andressian, Jr. Dear Robert Klomburg, Today, Saturday, June 10, 2017, 235 personnel from various agencies responded to the Santa Barbara County area to conduct a search regarding the missing boy Aramazd Andressian, Jr. At this time the search for evidence In Santa Barbara County has concluded. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Homicide investigators coordinated a search encompassing approximately 30 miles of road between Nojoqui Falls, Solvang to the Lake Cachuma area. This search was coordinated and executed in hopes of locating any new evidence in the case. During the search, investigators located possible areas of interest and will resume the search in the future. This matter remains under investigation. Homicide investigators would like to thank the more 235 personnel, who rejoined to the search, from the Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Office, Los Angeles County Fire Department, South Pasadena Police Department, along with partnering agencies from the San Gabriel Valley area and Search and Rescue units throughout Southern California. There is no additional information available at this time. Aramazd Andressian Jr. is a 5-year-old boy who was last seen in the early morning hours of Friday, April 21, 2017, when he was in the custody of his father Aramazd Andressian Sr. Aramazd Andressian Jr. is described as White male, weighing 55 pounds, having brown hair, and brown eyes. The father was driving a 2004 Gray BMW 4 door, California license plate 5FIL646. The father was initially detained and has been released from police custody, but the whereabouts of the missing child continue to remain unknown.
