*UPDATE* #LASD Seeking More Victims of Sexual Battery/Lewd Acts, Suspect

****Special Victims Bureau detectives
are continuing to seek any possible additional victims of Suspect Randy
Headley after many victims came forward and more charges have been
added.
Detectives from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Victims
Bureau are investigating a series of sexual assaults which involved the
proprietor of a silk screen printing business in the city of Paramount, known
to do business as “Logos Two”, “LA Clothing Company” or “Downey
Sporting Goods”. The businesses were located at 8136 Rosecrans Avenue,
Paramount and 7901 Somerset Boulevard, Unit C, Paramount.
The business owner, Randy Headley, recruited and hired young women between
the ages 17-25 years old to handle t-shirt merchandise and customer
service. The victims were also asked to model suggestive company
apparel while Suspect Headley photographed them. On May 1, 2020,
Suspect Headley was arrested and criminally charged with numerous counts of
Sexual Battery. Suspect Headley is currently in custody with a
$6,210,000.00 bail.
Suspect Headley is suspected of sexually assaulting and/or sexually harassing
young women who entered his business or had been hired by him. The business
provided apparel to many local schools, sports organizations and community
groups. Suspect Headley also served as a youth baseball and
softball coach in Downey, Paramount and Compton.
The District
Attorney’s Office along with Special Victims Bureau detectives have recently
discovered several additional victims of violent sexual assaults involving
Suspect Headley. As a result, on August, 31st, 2020, Suspect Headley
was charged with additional counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child
under 14, Assault with Intent to Commit Rape, multiple counts of Sexual
Penetration by Use of Force, and multiple counts of Sexual Battery. It was
also alleged Suspect Headley committed sexual assaults against more than 22
victims. Suspect Headley will appear at Compton Court on October 8,
2020, for arraignment on the additional charges.
Based on Suspect
Headley’s prolific criminal behavior, detectives believe there may be
additional unidentified victims. Detectives are urging any and all
possible victims to come forward. Detectives believe many of the victims were
either minors at the time of the incidents and/or lived in the area of
Paramount near the business Suspect Headley operated as “Logos Two”, “LA
Clothing Company” or “Downey Sporting Goods”.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Special Victim’s Bureau
detectives are investigating a 2020 sexual assault case which involved a
business owner of a silk screen printing business in the city of Paramount
named “Logos Two” and also known as LA Clothing Company.
The owner, Randy Headley, would entice and lure young women between the ages
17-25 who were hired to model the t-shirt merchandise. While the
victims were inside his business they were asked to model suggestive company
apparel and they agreed to have their pictures taken.
During the photoshoot, the suspect would grope his victims and in most cases
sexually assault them. Suspect Randy Headley was arrested pursuant to
multiple counts of sexual battery. He is currently in Sheriff Custody
on a $1,150,000 bail.
The District Attorney’s Office along with Special Victims Bureau SVB
detectives have recently discovered several new additional victims involving
the same suspect. Based on the suspect ongoing behavior, detectives
believe there may still be some unidentified additional victims that have yet
to come forward and are seeking the public’s help in identifying any
additional victims.
