Advisory: *update* 210 Freeway is open, however eastbound Lave Ave on ramp still closed. Heavy traffic in the area.

*Update*
Both east and west 210 freeway is now open, however, the eastbound on ramp at Lake Ave. is still closed. Heavy traffic remains in Pasadena.

Sheriff's Arson Explosives Team is at the scene with remote robot inspecting the device. The device was found on the center divider on the eastbound 210 freeway.
Surface streets around Lake Ave. in Pasadena are also heavily affected please avoid the area if you can.
